Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in the United States is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager, Category Partnerships to lead regional procurement engagement with global categories across Direct and Indirect spend for MSNA.

The Associate will own the procurement relationship with assigned strategic sourcing categories, act as the main contact for business partners, and may manage end-to-end sourcing of regional materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• MBA or equivalent master’s degree preferred.
• CPM/CPSM, CIPS or similar certification preferred.
• 7–10 years in strategic sourcing, supplier management and business partnering.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and matrix teams.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end regional sourcing strategy and execution for regionally segmented categories.
• Lead regional commercial leadership and governance with KPIs and SLAs for procurement activities.
