Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in the United States seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager, Category Partnerships to lead regional procurement with global categories for MSNA. You will own relationships with key partners and may lead end-to-end sourcing of regional materials.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in strategic sourcing, strong analytics, and proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and MRP systems. This role offers exposure to diverse teams, competitive pay, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain/Logistics/Materials Management or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years in strategic sourcing, supplier/customer management and business partnering.
• Experience with supplier performance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication across all levels and data-driven decision making.
• Proven project management with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in volatile business environments with price and supply pressures.
• Proficient in Power BI, SAP and MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end regional sourcing strategy and execution for regional categories.
• Serve as primary strategic liaison between region, center of excellence and Mars Global Services; ensure KPIs/SLAs are met.
