Job summary

Mars is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead regional procurement engagements for MN SA. You will own category relationships, drive end-to-end sourcing, and partner with global centers to meet KPIs and business priorities.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in strategic sourcing, strong leadership, and proficiency with Power BI, SAP, and MRP systems. Bachelor’s is required; MBA and CPSM/CIPS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain, or finance.
• MBA preferred.
• CPM/CPSM/CIPS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs end-to-end regional sourcing strategy and execution.
• Acts as strategic liaison between region, CoE, and Mars Global Services.
• Ensures KPIs and SLAs are met across procurement activities.
• Leads cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
