Openwork seeks a Regional Director to lead the Tennessee and Mississippi markets, driving strategy, sales growth, and operational performance. You will work in the field with teams, build client relationships, and guide market success through strong leadership and targeted initiatives.

The role requires expanding opportunities, managing performance, and ensuring compliance while fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration across markets. Travel across the two states is expected.

Formación

• 8+ years of multi-site leadership experience in staffing or related B2B services.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and revenue growth.
• Experience leading leaders and developing talent.
• Comfort with data, dashboards, and KPI-driven management.
• Working knowledge of employment compliance (I-9/E-Verify, background and drug screening, workers’ comp).
• Willingness to travel weekly across Tennessee and Mississippi markets.

Responsabilidades

• Grow the business by owning regional growth strategy, accounts, and partnerships.
• Own regional P&L, KPIs, and collections with accountability for financial performance.
• Lead and coach Market Managers and leaders; develop internal talent and succession plans.
• Build and maintain Openwork culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and growth.
• Ensure teams have effective recruiting, sales, and marketing strategies and client readiness.
