Qualifications

Seeking a qualified engineer to support manufacturing equipment and processes within the Plant's MESD team.

Responsibilities include identifying and analyzing critical equipment downtime, leading root cause analysis, developing countermeasures, and sharing insights with the ERS team for regional improvements.

Assist in standardizing production systems, provide emergency technical support, and collaborate with associates on equipment troubleshooting related to specifications, design, and installation.

Analyze manufacturing characteristics, report results, and develop improvement initiatives aligned with Genpo targets.

Participate in regional meetings, support report preparation, and conduct KPI gap analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related experience, with 2-8 years of relevant manufacturing electrical engineering experience, preferably in automotive sectors like welding, assembly, or paint.

Required skills encompass knowledge of automated electrical hardware/software, safety controls, PLC, HMI, and manufacturing principles.

Excellent communication, CAD proficiency, business acumen, and project leadership skills are essential.
