Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 2-8 years of relevant manufacturing electrical engineering experience.
• Experience in automotive sectors like welding, assembly, or paint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze critical equipment downtime and lead root cause analysis.
• Develop countermeasures and share insights with ERS team for regional improvements.
• Assist in standardizing production systems and provide emergency technical support.
• Collaborate on equipment troubleshooting related to specifications, design, and installation.
• Analyze manufacturing characteristics, report results, and drive KPI gap analysis for continuous improvement.
