Job summary

Concordia at SpiriTrust is seeking a Speech Therapist to join our Rehabilitative team across multiple Central PA locations. This full-time traveling role includes evaluating residents, delivering therapy, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with a diverse care team.

New grads welcome; PA licensure required. A $10,000 relocation/sign-on bonus is offered, with competitive compensation and benefits. Expect collaboration with families and interdisciplinary staff to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

Our licensed SLPs evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized treatment to help our skilled nursing residents and patients restore speech, improve cognition, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent disabilities - supporting our residents' and short-term rehab patients' recovery, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities of Speech Therapists:

Background and Expertise of a Speech Therapist:
