Job summary

Concordia at SpiriTrust Utz Terrace in Hanover, PA, is seeking a Speech Therapist to join the Rehab team across Central PA facilities. The role offers a full-time, travel-ready assignment with a $10,000 relocation/sign-on bonus and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Licensed SLP in PA, fresh grads welcome, with preference for inpatient rehab or SNF experience. You will evaluate, treat, and educate within an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Therapist license in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• New Speech Therapy graduates welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident evaluations, provide direct therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team and provides family and caregiver education to improve patient quality of life.
• Submits timely and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities of Speech Therapists:
