Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and certification in Special Education.
• Master's degree in Special Education preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with IEP processes and providing services to students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional special education program leadership and administration.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets for special education and audiology services.
• Coordinate with school administrators and DOE for program goals and grants.
• Monitor state performance and provide reports to the school division.
