• Communicate production targets with plans for improvement.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and staff are trained on procedures.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager for repairs and cleanliness.
• Maintain data integrity in production records and QA programs.
• Ensure product quality aligns with internal/external specs.
• Support audits related to safety, biosecurity, and production.
