You’ll serve as the link between company leadership and the teams working across production sites, contract grower operations, and leased facilities. Your responsibility will be to make sure expectations are clearly communicated, leaders are held accountable, and each operation consistently follows company standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coach leaders, address performance concerns, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with animal welfare, biosecurity, safety, environmental, and production standards.
  • Review budgets, financial results, and operational performance across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate with Veterinary Services, Nutrition, Transportation, HR, Environmental, Finance, and other internal departments.
  • Turn company goals into clear priorities and measurable results throughout the region.
  • Visit farms and production facilities regularly to support teams and evaluate site performance.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least five years of progressive leadership experience in swine production or a closely related agricultural operation.
  • Experience overseeing performance across multiple production sites.
  • Strong knowledge of nursery, finishing, grow-finish, or wean-to-finish production.

  • Strong understanding of herd health, feed management, facility operations, marketing, biosecurity, and animal welfare.
  • Experience reviewing production data, managing budgets, and using KPIs to improve results.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
