Job summary

Rubicon Global Holdings LLC is seeking a Financial & Operations Analyst to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting support, and operational analysis. You will partner cross-functionally across Sales, Sourcing, SMB/E-commerce, and Key Accounts to drive pricing, cost management, and data-driven decision making.

You will support month-end close, variance analyses, and the preparation of monthly/quarterly packages for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
2 years of FP&A, investment banking, or relevant field experience.
Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; EPM tools a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Report on actuals vs. budget and provide variance analyses for revenue, costs, and margins.
Support month-end close, weekly reporting, data deep-dives, and KPI reporting.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages and ad hoc analyses for leadership and Board.
Assist in annual budgeting with Key Account Directors and business units.
Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams on pricing analysis and cost modeling.
Analyze hauler costs and monitor late fees for optimization opportunities.
Develop reporting for Rubicon Asset Management and support capital expenditure planning.
