Carolina Solar Services in Columbia, SC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the operations and maintenance of solar facilities in the region. You will oversee a team of 6–10 field technicians, ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of service obligations, and coordinate on-call coverage.

The role requires 3–5+ years in solar O&M or related management, strong leadership, and excellent communication to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in utility solar PV operations
• 3 years of service or project management experience
• Strong leadership and team mentoring
• Excellent communication and safety focus

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 6–10 field technicians and set priorities
• Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality service
• Coordinate emergency response and on-call rotation
• Create and review daily work orders
• Mentor staff and conduct monthly safety training
• Oversee subcontractors and manage budget
