Job summary

Carolina Solar Services is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the O&M operations for solar facilities in the region. You will guide a team of field technicians, ensure safety and quality, and maintain on-time service delivery across all sites.

Responsibilities include training, QA/QC, emergency coordination, and budget management while promoting CSS values and a culture of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in utility solar PV.
• 3 years of service or project-oriented management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a team while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead 6-10 field technicians, modeling safety and quality.
• Create, schedule, review and approve daily work orders across sites.
• Coordinate emergency response and 365-day on-call rotation.
• Oversee on-time service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budget, resources, and procurement processes.
