The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill invites applications for three Regional Liaisons for the Public Service Leadership Program (PSLP). These one-year, hybrid roles will cover eastern and central NC, reporting to the Assistant Dean for Workforce Development.

Responsibilities include admissions, curriculum evaluation, and on-ground coordination for statewide training events. The positions require residence within commutable distance to coalition campuses, up to 25% travel in-state, and

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree required with 0-2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in online learning platforms and digital tools (Zoom, Teams, Mentimeter, BigBlueButton).
• Ability to manage workload independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to think critically and use conflict resolution skills for diverse populations.
• Experience with post-secondary recruitment and admissions processes.
• Working knowledge of NC social work education programs and areas of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Support admissions and recruitment processes within PSLP in assigned region.
• Contribute to curriculum evaluation and program assessment.
• Support resilience and well-being initiatives across program levels.
• Track participant admissions data and program learning data.
• Develop marketing materials and coordinate information sessions.
• Provide on-site coordination and support for in-person training events and conferences.
• Travel within NC to coalition partner campuses and attend statewide events.
