Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Business Sales to lead a high-performing SMB sales team. You will coach Account Executives, drive field activity, and ensure achievement of budgeted sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee territory planning, performance reviews, and training, with a strong focus on process, reporting, and product knowledge as Spectrum advances in the competitive communications market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of telecommunications product and services sales experience.
• 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Account Executives to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Spend 80% in the field supporting the team; 20% on office tasks.
• Develop and monitor team territory plans and individual goals.
• Resolve customer issues affecting sales operations and efficiency.
• Organize regular team meetings on tools, processes and product updates.
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives, manage performance reviews.
