Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Regional Slotting Manager to lead slotting strategy across 2–4 regional distribution centers. You will guide a team of Slotting Analysts, analyze SKU data, and drive improvements in pick paths, replenishment, and labor efficiency.

You will collaborate with DC leadership and engineering to maintain enterprise standards and KPIs. The role demands strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, with 25–50% travel across regional facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or slotting.
• Experience leading regional or multi-site projects preferred.
• Experience with DC operations including receiving, selection, replenishment, and layout design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the slotting strategy for all distribution centers within the assigned region.
• Manage and develop a team of Slotting Analysts with performance management.
• Utilize slotting software and SKU analysis to optimize pick paths and storage.
• Partner with DC operations, engineering, and replenishment teams to execute slotting changes.
• Conduct ROI analyses for racking, layout, and process changes.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure slotting performance and labor impact.
• Lead regional slotting projects across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with corporate engineering to align with enterprise standards.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
