GEA Group North America is seeking an experienced Service Sales professional to promote and secure spare parts, repairs, field service, upgrades, and service level agreements for the North American market. You will help develop and implement the group-wide sales strategy and ensure a coordinated customer approach with colleagues in New Sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and secure sale of spare parts, repairs, field service, upgrades, and service level agreements for North America service business.
• Develop and implement the group-wide sales strategy with counterparts in New Sales to realize joint opportunities.
• Lead service sales activities for Food & Dairy and prioritize initiatives.
• Coordinate service sales planning, forecasting and reporting for the area.
• Identify opportunities for service sales and actively manage key customer accounts.
• Collaborate with new equipment sales teams to maximize revenue and improve customer experience.
• Travel to potential and existing clients to secure opportunities and orders.
