Trane Technologies in the Southeast is hiring a Service Project Manager to join our Service Sales team. In this role you will quote and enter service work, order parts and necessary supplies, and ensure that all service work is scheduled and executed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum two years' experience in project management or HVAC.
Experience with contracting processes and estimating HVAC installations.
Computer skills are essential and strong organizational skills are required.
Customer service oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction.
Plan and analyze projects, set schedules and procedures for system objectives.
Create estimates and generate proposals; enter projects and track parts.
Enter service estimates, issue purchase orders and generate work orders.
Manage service projects from start to finish; communicate with customers and subcontractors.
