Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Service Administration.
• Excellent communication skills and strong writing/editing ability.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of service partner relationship setup and onboarding.
• Manage customer/vendor master data in line with policy and controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines including licenses, insurance and taxes.
• Process non-warranty payments and coordinate with contracting staff on projects.
• Collaborate with Field Service teams to expedite onboarding and contract execution.
• Monitor and revise policies related to compliance of customer/vendor master.
