The role requires 5+ years in regional maintenance leadership with cross-functional collaboration, a strong technical background, and a proven ability to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-site or regional maintenance leadership.
• Strong technical expertise across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Proven leadership with focus on coaching and performance improvement.
• Ability to influence across teams and partner with operations leadership.
• HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus.

Regional Scope

This role supports communities across the Indiana and Kentucky region, with a primary focus on the Indianapolis and Louisville markets, including Georgetown and surrounding areas.

Frequent travel throughout the region is required, with the ability to support onsite operational needs as they arise, including urgent or high-priority situations.
