Job summary

DTK Facility Services is seeking a Dallas Regional Manager to oversee daily operations, service delivery, and performance across multiple client sites in the region. The role reports to the Director of Operations and leads Route, Project, and Supervisors with full P&L accountability.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, client communication, and ensuring high quality janitorial services. Requires 5+ years in janitorial/facilities management and at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in janitorial services, facilities management, or related industry.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience managing multiple sites or locations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.

• Lead and develop a team of regional managers, project managers and supervisors.
• Prepare and manage regional budgets; monitor labor, supply and equipment costs.

Dallas Regional Manager

The Dallas Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations, service delivery, and performance of janitorial services across multiple client sites within a designated region. This includes ensuring that all janitorial services are provided efficiently, cost-effectively, and at a high level of quality. The Regional Manager will report to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for leading the Route Manager, Project Manager and Supervisors. Will have full P&L accountability for their portfolio of accounts and will be the point of contact for customers in the region.

Operational Management

• Oversee the delivery of janitorial services for all assigned facilities within the region.
• Ensure that all janitorial staff comply with safety regulations, client expectations, and company policies.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage, train, and support a team of regional managers.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and assist in employee development initiatives.
• Recruit and hire staff to maintain adequate coverage and meet operational needs.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage budgets for the region, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Monitor and control labor, supply, and equipment costs to ensure profitability.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives without compromising service quality.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in the region, ensuring that all needs and expectations are met.
• Resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct periodic meetings with clients to review performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Education

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in janitorial services, facilities management, or a related industry.
