Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking a Vice President, Regional Services for the Central region, based hybrid in Milwaukee, WI. You will lead service, installation, and administrative operations to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction, while driving revenue, gross profit, and continuous improvement.

You will develop leaders, optimize workforce, and partner with sales, HR, and operations to deliver sustainable performance and an exceptional customer experience across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/engineering/ops.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in service/installation operations, including global experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-level field organizations through leaders.
• Proven success in improving operational performance and customer experiences in dispersed service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional service and installation performance with clear operating priorities.
• Develop regional capability and leadership succession.
• Align staffing, scheduling, dispatch, and capacity with enterprise priorities.
