Job summary

Arbon Equipment Corporation, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks a VP Regional Services for the Central region, based in Milwaukee, WI. The role leads service, installation, and administrative operations to maximize uptime, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Global Service, you will build leaders, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regional execution aligns with enterprise strategy while delivering a seamless, customer-focused service experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in service operations, field operations, installation management, or related roles, including global experience.
• Minimum of 5 years leading multi-level field organizations with a track record of improving performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional service and installation performance to deliver uptime, quality, and profitability.
• Develop leaders and succession planning across Service Directors and Field Support Managers.
• Collaborate with enterprise functions to translate service strategy into disciplined regional execution.
• Establish operating cadence and metrics to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
