Job summary

You will oversee multiple teams, drive strategy, and apply statistical methods to generate insights that inform product performance and innovation. Responsibilities include managing high-impact projects, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring testing excellence under strict health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science / Technology / Engineering or sensory-related field.
• Master’s Degree in Sensory Science preferred.
• 10–15+ years in CPG, Food & Beverage.
• 3–5 years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more sensory teams and high-impact projects.
• Develop innovative sensory initiatives and standards.
• Identify insights from metadata and build predictive models.
• Mentor Sensory Managers and scientists within region.
• Represent the company in scientific conferences and outreach.
