Job summary

RESICAP is seeking a Construction Project Manager Lead to oversee a team of project managers and direct day-to-day field activities.

This role includes leading renovation operations for Raleigh, Charlotte, and the Greensboro/Winston-Salem areas, with up to 50% travel across North Carolina. Responsibilities include budgeting, quality control, scheduling, reporting, staff development, and coordinating with subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• College Degree required.
• Strong construction experience with 3–5 years in the field.
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
• Active General Contractor license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of project managers and direct day-to-day field activities.
• Lead renovation operations for Raleigh, Charlotte, and the Greensboro/Winston-Salem areas.
• Ensure company procedures and standards are met.
• Monitor progress to ensure quality, timelines, and profitability.
• Manage project budgets and COs.
• Provide updates and visits to properties as required.
• Conduct field job walks to ensure quality and schedules are met.
• Mentor and develop the PM team.
• Identify subcontractor needs and address issues.
• Create weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Coordinate staffing and hiring.
