Job summary

RESICAP’s ResiPro division seeks an experienced residential construction project manager to oversee full renovation of single-family homes in the field. You will coordinate design-to-build processes, schedules, and permits with subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management (or equivalent) and 2–6 years of renovation experience, strong customer service, and robust communication skills. On-site work in Atlanta, GA offered with career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred).
• 2–6 years’ experience in construction/building renovation.
• Strong customer service background and skills in home building industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction of homes from design to coordination of schedules and inspections.
• Develop project schedules, plan materials, and purchase orders within scope.
• Obtain subcontractor estimates, bids, and manage buyouts and progress.
• Schedule pre-construction site visits for jobs under construction.
• Oversee schedule and budget to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
