Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for Tarantino Senior Living, based in our Houston, TX corporate office. This role leads regional teams, aligns with executive strategy, and drives operational excellence across communities.

The position requires five+ years in senior living leadership, a preference for a bachelor’s degree, strong financial acumen, and willingness to travel regionally. You will mentor teams, monitor budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a leadership position in Senior Living industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Exceptional problem solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic operational initiatives to meet company goals and all state and national regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular and in-depth site visits as needed.
• Interface with leadership team to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Produce and analyze reports on business data to determine operational excellence and areas for improvement.
• Analyze and evaluate competition in the marketplace.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations in all communities.
