Job summary

Parallel Management Group is seeking a Regional Specialty Program Director to lead rollout, training, and ongoing support of specialty resident programs across the communities they serve. You will partner with regional leadership to tailor programs, launch them with onsite teams, and sustain operations, while traveling between communities within the region.

This role emphasizes hands-on staff development, newsletters, and close collaboration with Life Enrichment Directors, Memory Care

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, memory care, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Comfortable facilitating hands-on training for groups, in person and virtual.
• Willing and able to complete End-of-Life Doula certification and train others.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills across multiple departments.
• Proficient with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom).
• Ability to travel regularly between communities within the region.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and host ongoing training experiences for staff at all communities within the region.
• Identify appropriate specialty programs for new communities and implement in order of priority.
• Provide ongoing support to staff responsible for day-to-day program delivery.
• Hold biweekly meetings with communities to check in on progress and provide support.
• Send monthly reminders and assist with resident requests, including new program launches.
• Collect monthly submissions and compile a region-wide newsletter.
• Lead hands-on training for Memory Care, End-of-Life Doula, and Restorative Care programs.
• Launch programs in new communities with memory care, including cognitive assessments and displays.
• Facilitate family education nights and ensure smooth execution until independence.
• Plan and coach doula activities, establish lead doulas, and maintain binders.
