Job summary

Walden Security in Wichita, KS seeks an Intermediate Supervisor to manage government-facing coordination and contract execution. You will supervise security personnel, oversee staffing, and ensure performance compliance while maintaining daily communication with the COR and safeguarding government property.

You will be empowered to make personnel decisions, supervise CSOs/LCSOs, and provide on-call support for emergencies, with full authority over contract requirements and site operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three calendar years of verifiable experience as a certified law enforcement officer.
• Five years of supervisory and/or management experience with projects similar in size and scope of this contract.
• Ability to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government to discuss technical and security requirements through regular site visits.
• Have authority to make personnel-related decisions and supervise CSOs/LCSOs.
• Maintain 24/7 availability for emergencies and contract responses.
• Maintain daily contact with the COR to align manpower and hours.
• Receive and execute daily technical direction from the COR.
• Track government equipment and property and safeguard until return.
• Carry out administrative tasks efficiently without reliance on others.
• Ensure compliance with post-performance requirements and address issues promptly.
