Job summary

Walden Security seeks an Intermediate Supervisor to manage government-facing coordination and contract execution, including supervision of security personnel, staffing oversight, and performance compliance.

The role carries full authority for personnel decisions, maintains daily communication with the COR, and ensures accountability of government property. It provides on-call support for emergencies and coordinates daily with client requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years coordinating security operations and government contracts.
Strong ability to make decisions on personnel matters.
Proven ability to supervise CSOs and maintain accountability.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary Government contact to discuss requirements through regular site visits and ensure contract requirements are met.
Make decisions on behalf of the company on personnel issues.
Supervise all CSOs and Lead CSOs under the contract.
Be available 24/7 to ensure contractor response during emergencies.
Maintain daily contact with the COR to align manpower and hours.
Receive and execute daily directions from the COR.
Maintain post-coverage records and correct issues or problems.
Keep the COR informed about coverage, problems, and actions taken.
Report and address Performance Service Violations promptly.
Safely track and safeguard government-issued equipment and property until return.
