Job summary

Walden Security is seeking an Intermediate Supervisor to manage government-facing coordination, contract execution, and personnel supervision for court security operations. You will oversee CSOs and LCSOs, maintain constant COR communication, and ensure accountability of government property while providing on-call support for emergencies.

The role requires decisiveness in personnel matters, 24/7 availability, and strict adherence to contract requirements, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least three calendar years of verifiable experience as a certified law enforcement officer; must include general arrest authority.
• Five years of supervisory/management experience with projects similar in size and scope.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Government point of contact to discuss requirements through site visits.
• Make personnel-related decisions and supervise CSOs/LCSOs.
• Be available 24/7 for emergencies and contract needs.
• Maintain daily contact with COR regarding manpower and hours use.
