Job summary

Family & Children’s Services seeks a Manager of Security Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the security program across Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Norman, and surrounding areas. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in security leadership.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, technologies, and regulations.
• Proven leadership and supervisory abilities; able to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and long-term planning for the security program across locations.
• Develop and maintain standardized security policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Direct recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, supervision, and performance management of security staff and contracted officers.
• Develop and oversee training programs for security personnel with emphasis on Trauma-informed care and de-escalation.
• Coordinate with HR, Clinical Operations, Facilities, and IT to support security objectives and safety priorities.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and generate formal reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency management agencies.
