Job summary

Progress Residential seeks a Regional Safety & Security Partner to support safety, security, and risk management across markets. This role partners with Operations, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to protect employees, residents, and property while mitigating risk.

The position emphasizes investigative support, regional security oversight, workplace safety, and incident response with strong business partnership and sound judgment. Travel across multiple markets is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred; or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in investigations, corporate security, safety, risk, or related areas.
• Experience conducting investigations, interviews, and incident response.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, HR, Legal, or stakeholders preferred.
• Travel across markets for investigations and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with business stakeholders across markets.
• Advise leadership on safety, security, and risk across operations.
• Oversee regional safety practices and ensure policy alignment.
• Lead investigations into theft, misconduct, or safety incidents.
• Coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
• Conduct site security assessments and risk mitigation.
