Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Security and Loss Prevention Cluster Manager to lead risk mitigation and asset protection within a regional cluster, aligning vision with network goals and coordinating with internal operations and external partners.

This role develops leaders, drives network-wide initiatives, and conducts investigations while ensuring secure operations across 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Domestic travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 5+ years of security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of implementing metric-based strategies utilizing continuous improvement concepts experience.
• 3+ years of operational experience in risk management, audit, data analytics, inventory control, quality assurance, retail, warehouse, distribution center services, delivery service, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop leaders and direct reports through training, mentorship, and project partnership.
• Lead strategic network-wide initiatives and report on key performance indicators to improve efficiency.
• Enable teams to identify vulnerabilities and conduct root cause analysis using data to define mitigating actions.
• Engage, train, and influence business partners to identify and mitigate risk.
• Oversee and lead investigations of internal and external theft and fraud; conduct interviews when appropriate.
• Subject matter expert in evaluating and implementing improved physical and general security best practices.
• Support recruiting efforts in order to hire, develop and influence the team and regional cluster to drive Loss Prevention best practices.
• Implement loss mitigation strategies and manage incident response planning and execution per policy.
