Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Security and Loss Prevention Cluster Manager for the NA region. You will lead regional security programs, oversee investigations, and partner with operations teams to mitigate risk and protect people, property, and data.

The role requires building leaders, defining metrics, and driving loss prevention best practices across the cluster, with up to 50% travel and 24/7 coverage across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 5+ years of security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of implementing metric-based strategies utilizing continuous improvement concepts experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop leaders and direct reports through training, mentorship, and project partnership.
• Lead strategic network-wide initiatives and report on KPIs to improve efficiency.
• Enable teams to identify vulnerabilities and conduct root cause analysis using data to define mitigating actions.
• Engage, train, and influence business partners to identify and mitigate risk.
• Oversee and lead investigations of internal and external theft and fraud; conduct interviews when appropriate.
