Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Security and Loss Prevention Cluster Manager to lead risk mitigation, security oversight, and asset protection across a regional cluster. You will mentor leaders, drive network-wide initiatives, and partner with internal and external teams to reduce vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities include investigations, implementing best practices, and coordinating incident response. Willingness to travel up to 50% and work varied shifts is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 5+ years of security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of implementing metric-based strategies utilizing continuous improvement concepts experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop leaders and direct reports through training, mentorship, and project partnership.
• Lead strategic network-wide initiatives and report on key performance indicators to improve efficiency.
• Enable teams to identify vulnerabilities and conduct root cause analysis using data to define mitigating actions.
• Engage, train, and influence business partners to identify and mitigate risk.
• Oversee and lead investigations of internal and external theft and fraud; conduct interviews when appropriate.
• Subject matter expert in evaluating and implementing improved physical and general security best practices.
• Support recruiting efforts in order to hire, develop and influence the team and regional cluster to drive Loss Prevention best practices.
• Implement loss mitigation strategies and manage incident response planning and execution per policy.
• Domestic regional travel up to 50% of the time when applicable.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach; Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts; Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud; Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments); Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs).
• This role covers 24/7 operations and must be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
