Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Five years of investigative experience
• Experience in multi-site Loss Prevention environments
• Formal investigative/interview training (Reid/Wicklander & Zulawski or similar)
• Experience reading POS systems, databases, financial reports, and legal documents
• Experience responding to inquiries from customers, law enforcement, regulators or business community
• Knowledge of security system installations and operation (burglary, duress, CCTV)

Responsibilities

• Manage security programs aligned with policies and laws to protect assets and minimize losses
• Develop and manage security awareness programs to reduce fraudulent losses and promote workplace safety
• Initiate investigations based on loss trend analysis and internal reports
• Develop security reports for regional leadership on ongoing security and loss prevention activities
• Perform other duties as assigned
