Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit in Foster City, CA seeks a Security Account Manager to oversee security services for an assigned client, manage staffing, scheduling and post orders, and drive service delivery excellence. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinate with line management, supervise staff, and support budget planning while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Travel is required, including occasional out-of-state trips.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.
• Associate’s Degree and 3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client contact to ensure high quality customer service and resolve issues.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, orientation, training and development of security staff; manage scheduling and staffing.
• Assist in budget development and administration related to the assigned account.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures; educate staff accordingly.
• Inspect posts and verify post orders and client directives; ensure adherence to security standards.
• Coordinate with management on escalations and project needs.
