Job summary

Forvis Mazars US is seeking a Regional Sector Marketing Leader in Tampa to drive regional marketing and business development aligned with NSPs, CMSPs, and regional strategies. You will oversee budgets, events, and thought leadership while coordinating with national teams and local partners.

The role requires building relationships with clients, prospects, and associations, executing advertising strategies, and leading growth initiatives across markets. Travel to office locations will be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Master’s Degree
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems
• Prior experience in a professional services firm

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador across regional markets.
• Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with national sector plans and firmwide strategies.
• Lead strategic client and prospect pursuits and regional growth initiatives.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and expenses.
• Plan conferences, trade shows, and events.
• Develop advertising strategies and thought leadership programs.
• Define and track strategic action items with NSP goals.
• Maintain relationships with regional associations to boost visibility.
• Post and distribute content on Forvis Mazars social media.
