Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a NPC Scheduler Supervisor to lead the New Patient Coordinator team at our Ft Worth, TX clinic. This full-time role supports patient access, scheduling workflows, and referral processing while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, optimizing referrals, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with providers and site leadership to improve patient access and scheduling efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five (5) years of healthcare scheduling, referral management, patient access, or medical practice experience required.
• Minimum two (2) years of leadership, supervisory, lead, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience with provider scheduling, referral management, patient access workflows, and medical records coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, performance, and workflow of the New Patient Coordinator team.
• Provide guidance, coaching, training, and operational support for referrals and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity, quality, service, and access metrics; identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee referral management and scheduling operations to support timely patient access.
• Collaborate with providers, site leaders, and clinical teams to address scheduling barriers.
