Job summary

Yokogawa in Sugar Land, TX, is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager for SAP S/4HANA Upgrade (North America). You will own the NA workstream of a global transformation, including planning, UAT, training, change management, and stakeholder alignment across NA businesses and functions.

The role targets a senior SAP PM with a strong track record in large, multi-year SAP implementations, especially S/4HANA. The incumbent will coordinate with global IT, regional IT, and external partners to

Qualifications

10–15+ years of IT project/program management experience with ERP/SAP initiatives.
Minimum 3–5 full life-cycle SAP implementations, including S/4HANA conversions.
Proven cross-functional leadership in a matrixed, international environment.
Certifications such as PMP/Prince2; SAP S/4HANA or project management certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the North American program/project lead within the global SAP S/4HANA program governance.
Develop and maintain regional project plans aligned with global standards.
Coordinate with global/regional IT, business owners and external partners.
Lead UAT, training, change management, and communications for NA region.
Oversee data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and internal controls.
