Job summary

Sierra Space Corporation is seeking an SAP MM Consultant to support materials management processes, focusing on inventory management, master data, and interfaces with other SAP modules. The role includes configuring MM transactions, incident resolution, and assisting in month-end close activities.

Collaboration with functional teams, documentation, and testing are required. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into SAP MM configurations are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2+ years of related experience.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, software configuration, CI/CD, engineering, and business processes.
• Proficiency in software environments and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Support materials management processes with focus on inventory management modules (goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, physical inventory).
• Configure and troubleshoot inventory management transactions (MIGO, MB51, MI01).
• Maintain stock determination logic across plant/storage locations and integrate MM with FI, SD, PP, MES.
• Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies, and month-end close activities.
• Assist in documentation, test scripts, and UAT for enhancements or upgrades. REST/SOAP data synchronization.
