Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty is seeking a Full-Service Leader to motivate and guide a team of Salon Business Consultants across designated territories. You will lead strategic planning, coach field teams, and expand the customer base through education and vendor partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of direct sales experience, 1 year of supervising sales or operations staff, and a business-focused bachelor's degree. Travel, leadership, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 1 year of experience supervising sales or operations employees.
• 4 years direct sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Set sales and promotion goals for the Salon Business Consultants and communicate them to SBCs.
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to SBCs in executing responsibilities and developing new business.
• Visit or call customers to assess service levels and ensure education events maximize participation.
• Identify information from Sales Force/Tableau to improve inventory, ordering, returns, and store/manufacturer relations; plan actions.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors and the company; attend meetings and provide status updates.
• Monitor and optimize territory coverage, reassign accounts, and complete sales/activity reports.
• Spend 10 days per month in the field with SBCs to coach selling skills and assess relationships.
• Drive company initiatives to foster an inclusive and welcoming work environment.
