Qualifications

• Associates degree or relevant college degree plus aptitude for the role.
• Non-Degreed: 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Extremely detail oriented and accurate.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• English language proficiency; bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign incoming leads to the appropriate reps/regions.
• Review sales backlogs and keep reps updated on completions and changes.
• Develop monthly forecasts in Salesforce.com and report to the RSM.
• Coordinate with logistics to dispatch trucks and manage title paperwork.
• Assist in quotes and modify to meet RFQ requirements.
• Maintain company documentation and use Salesforce accordingly.
