Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffees & teas and full-service beverage programs, is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to grow our Foodservice coffee business within the Kansas City area. This is an opportunity for a creative sales professional to identify potential customers, generate and develop new business, and maintain active relationships with both new and existing customers. The Sales Representative will present a mix of products, services, and solutions to meet customers' business needs; develop a comprehensive understanding of Ronnoco's products and equipment to provide exceptional customer service; and consistently develop new business and meet sales goals. This is a remote position and will require overnight travel.

Responsibilities
  • Foster existing customer relationships and acquire new business through cold calls, emails, and door-to-door visits.
  • Evaluate market trends, recommend products, and utilize sampling of product cuttings to meet customers' business goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about products, availability, pricing, and applications, and providing product information and training to customers' personnel.
  • Stay informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products and pricing.
  • Prepare and deliver customer contracts, proposals, and presentations, and follow up with key decision-makers.
  • Exceed customer expectations by acting proactively, professionally, and positively, and resolve all customer complaints and issues.
  • Maintain regular contact with accounts to ensure satisfaction with Ronnoco's products and services.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional sales experience, including cold calling.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with database management systems or CRM to organize and track customer information.
  • Excellent customer service skills internally and externally.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Must pass drug test and physical.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
