It has a proven track record with great tasting products, transparent ingredients, and strong social and distribution partnerships.

We are hiring Field Sales Representatives responsible for selling Gorilla Energy to independent retail outlets. Ideal candidates are entrepreneur-minded, self-starters, and growth-oriented. The role covers a specific market area; while remote, candidates must reside within 25 miles of the territory.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage with store owners and decision-makers to secure and maintain distribution of Gorilla Energy in assigned territories.
  2. Reset shelves and place samples of Gorilla Energy.
  3. Install Point of Sale (POS) materials, including shelf tags, displays, and branding.
  4. Educate store owners on how to order products from Gorilla's DSD partners.
  5. Inform store decision-makers about the Gorilla Energy brand and benefits.
  6. Participate in team meetings, typically via calls.
  7. Utilize the Gorilla Customer Management App for routing, scheduling, and planning.
  8. Review app reports to track progress and follow up on ordering gaps.
  9. Share best practices and competitor insights with the team.
  10. Provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 1 year experience in Food & Beverage industry, with store-level sales and merchandising.
  2. Experience with DSD distribution preferred.
  3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  4. Smartphone required for daily routing; tablets with data plans may be provided.
  5. Own a personal vehicle capable of transporting up to 20 sample cases.
  6. High School diploma or equivalent.
  7. Strong relationship-building skills.

The estimated salary range is $65,000 to $70,000, plus incentives for new store distribution. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. Benefits include healthcare, mileage and cell phone reimbursement, and 401(k).
