Job summary

Simon Roofing, a leading commercial roofing solutions organization, is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for the Cleveland Region. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in outside sales and a strong desire for professional development, with comprehensive training and uncapped bonus potential.

In this role you will cultivate new client relationships and nurture existing ones within your territory, while contributing to a high-growth, team-driven sales environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of outside sales experience; roofing experience not required.
• Work and reside in the Cleveland, Ohio Region (REQUIRED).
• Willing and able to work remotely (work from home).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Regional Sales Representative

In the role of Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships and nurturing existing ones within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing consultative roofing service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Organizing and executing targeted programs and communications to reinforce the value propositions of Simon Roofing.

Job Requirements

• A degree focusing on Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or Marketing is preferred.


• At least 2 years of outside sales experience. (Roofing experience not required.)


• Work and reside in the Cleveland, Ohio Region (REQUIRED).


• Willing and able to work remotely (work from home).


• Cold Calling/Prospecting experience


• Customer service oriented.


• Knowledgeable about the local community in your assigned territory.


• Ability to climb ladders to rooftops.


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet.


• Team-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a business development mindset


• Strong skills in organization, active listening, and sales closing.


• Good verbal and written communication skills.


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Benefits

• Generous base salary of $60,000 per year (and up to $15,000 in performance bonuses).


• Average second-year reps earn up to $90,000.00 per year.
