Job summary

Rainbow Rubber and Plastics, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to support and grow our belting and industrial components business across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. This role involves ~50% travel to customer sites and a focus on proactive selling.

A company-provided vehicle is included after a probationary period to facilitate on-site visits and timely customer support.

Location: Remote (Southeast/Mid-Atlantic: VA, NC, SC, GA)

Rainbow Rubber and Plastics, Inc. is a specialty belting and industrial component supplier with over 50 years of experience serving the industrial market. We are seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to support and grow our presence across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.

This is an individual contributor role requiring ~50% or more travel within the assigned territory to support existing customers and develop new business opportunities. A company-provided vehicle is included following a probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer base while actively pursuing new accounts
• Conduct on-site customer visits, product presentations, and solution-based selling
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate belting and component solutions
• Develop long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Comfortably perform cold calling and prospecting activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
