Job summary

Stonhard seeks a Supervisor for the South Central Region in Cherry Hill, NJ. This hybrid role oversees daily operations within the Group sales office and serves as a liaison for the field sales group.

Responsibilities include supervising the Sales Administration staff, reviewing forms and contracts, and managing accounts receivable and purchasing for the group. A strong background in sales support and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, marketing, or customer service with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong business sense and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties of Sales Administrator for a select group of sales representatives.
• Reviews data forms, quotes, orders, completions and contracts for assigned Group.
• Supervises the Group Sales Administration staff.
• Oversees Accounts Receivable for the assigned Group.
• Responsible for Group purchasing and installer administration.
• Establishes policy and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
